I learnt of her work because I won a valuable hour of her time at the Better Together Supper Quiz. She donated her time to a good cause and I had a fun and useful afternoon. Some of my clothes were not being worn because I was not sure they suited me. When you disagreed I knew I would wear them without anxiety, and when you agreed they went into the pile of clothes that went in the refugee bag. Some things which I liked you felt did not fit or suit me, and your tactful approach made me see your point of view.” – pensioner
